• We provide bridal gowns, bridesmaids’ dresses, and special occasion wear, along with consultation and appointment services.
  
• Product descriptions, colors, and styles are displayed as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee exact matches due to monitor settings or fabric variations.
  
• All gowns are subject to availability, and some may require special orders with varying timelines.
  

3. Appointments & Consultations

• Bridal and bridesmaids appointments may require a credit card on file to reserve your spot.
  
• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
  
• Virtual consultations are available for clients outside the metro Atlanta area.
  
  

 

4. Orders & Payments

• All purchases must be paid in full at the time of order unless otherwise specified.
  
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout.
  
• Orders are final. Due to the custom and special-order nature of our gowns, returns, cancellations, or exchanges are generally not accepted. Please review our Return Policy for details.
  
  

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping timelines vary depending on availability and order type. Estimated delivery times will be provided during purchase.
  

• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
  
  

6. Returns & Exchanges

• Bridal gowns, bridesmaids’ dresses, and special orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
