FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

SELECTIONS

  1. If you select a gown within 24 hours of the initial consultation each customer will receive 10% off gown purchase. 
  2. Customers should order gowns no later than 5 business days after initial consultation for discount to be applied
  3. Keep in mind that gowns are special order only.

ORDERING

  1. Once a gown order is placed the gown immediately goes into production.
  2. Gown sales are final.
  3. We suggest visiting an alterations specialist when placing orders for gowns and after gowns are received. 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

  1. When the gown purchase is made on behalf of a wedding party Ever After Bridal Atlanta will send each member of the bridal party an Invoice for ordering the gown selected by the Bride.
  2. The Bride and the Bridesmaid will receive confirmation email once the gown balance is paid.
  3. When the balance is paid and goes through processing, the bridesmaid will receive shipping information.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I WANT TO PURCHASE A DRESS?
